Appointment Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs) may be charged in full
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be non-refundable.
Refund Policy
a) One-to-one Sessions:
Refunds are not provided for completed sessions
Prepaid sessions may be refunded if cancelled with appropriate notice, minus any administrative fees.
b) Programmes & Packages
Refund requests must be made in writing
Partial refunds may be offered for unused sessions at our discretion
Digital products or downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen; refunds or rescheduling may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Attending sessions on time
Ensuring they are in a suitable environment for online sessions
Providing accurate information during booking
Service Termination
Wellness Renew reserves the right to terminate services if:
a)Payment terms are not met
b) There is abusive or inappropriate behaviour
c) Terms of Use are violated
Refund eligibility in cases of points (b) and (c) will be determined at our discretion

Workforce Provision Services
a) For our contractors (Businesses)
Cancellation of booked workforce staff must comply with the agreed contract terms
Short-notice cancellations may incur charges
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms
b) For Workforce Candidates:
Employee must provide adequate notice if unable to attend assigned placements.
Repeated cancellations may affect future placement opportunities
No Professional-Client Relationship
Use of this website does not establish any relationship between you and Wellness Renew. A formal relationship is only established after:
A signed agreement
Completion of onboarding procedures
Confirmation of booking
